  15. It's time for the Amateur Radio New Service's annual Publication
  16. Contest.  The ARNS is an organization of ham newsletter editors and
  17. publicists, and publishes the monthly ARNS Bulletin ''to help its
  18. members better promote Amateur Radio by improving their own
  19. publications.''
  20.  
  21. Each year, a committee of ARNS editors calls for sample newsletters
  22. from members and then ranks them, providing useful advice in the
  23. process.  The contest is open to all Amateur Radio organizations and
  24. ARNS membership is not required (general circulation magazines and
  25. professional journals are not eligible).

  27. To enter, clubs should submit one copy of any issue of their
  28. newsletter from the period July 1994 through December 1995.  Send
  29. them to ARNS President Lee Knirko, W9MOL, 11 South La Salle St,
  30. Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60603.
